Wagon House - The Cottages

Cottage One

Cottage one is on the first floor and is accessed via 14 stone steps, which are located on the outside of the barn, there is also one previous step to go down, which leads you from the car park to the cottage.

Accomodation comprises one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and a large open plan living / dining / kitchen area.

The windows enjoy unspoiled rural views in all directions including the working farm next door.

There is ample parking and both cottages share a sheltered patio area with facilities for dining outside.

Kitchen facilities in both cottages include oven, fridge and microwave.

A washing machine is also available.

The cottage is dog friendly.

Cottage Two

Cottage two is on the ground floor, which has one step that leads from the car park to the cottage, then one more to access to the cottage.

Accomodation comprises one family bedroom with a double and two single beds, bathroom with shower and a large open plan living / dining / kitchen area.

The cottage is next to Marcross Brook and the quiet lane leading down to the beach at Nash Point.

 

There is ample parking and both cottages share a sheltered patio area with facilities for dining outside

Directions

When you get to the village of Marcross you will see the Lighthouse Pub on the crossroads.

Opposite the pub is a ruined barn with a sign to Nash Point. Go down this lane for about 50 yards and you will see Village Farm House over the third small bridge over the stream on the right hand side.

Cross this third bridge and the cottages are on your left.
